Note that there
is absolutely no pressure to play and there are areas in the venue that do not
include play spaces, however this party is playground for consensual participation
with many play areas and dedicated rooms.

A huge array of
play spaces – crosses, benches, cages, rope frames, massage tables, etc.

Dungeon monitors
to ensure any questions can be answered and that safety is held as utmost
priority. These monitors are easily identifiable and approachable.

SAFE SOP EVENT 

NO WATER SPORTS OR SCAT PLAY 

Safe Sex Supplies are provided around
the venue – or at reception – clean up after yourself

WAX PLAY at the venue is
restricted to the massage table play areas. Drop sheets will be provided.

Antiseptic wipes
provided for cleaning the play furniture you use.

If play is occurring and you are not a part of it, keep your distance from the scene. 

This is for the comfortability of those people playing and for your safety.

If play is occurring and you are not a part of it, do not try to interact, verbally or
physically, in any way with people whilst they are engaged in a play scene.
When this happens and is unsolicited, it can kill the vibe for everyone
involved.

In the unlikely case of an emergency, dungeon monitors and/or venue staff will be able to assist where needed.

We reserve the right to deny you entry to or eject you from the event space if it is reported
that you have engaged in any type of aggressive, coercive or disrespectful behaviours
during your time on the venue’s property. We do not tolerate any form of
racism, homophobia, transphobia, bodyshaming or kinkshaming. Unsolicited
leering, following or any other type of harassment will not be tolerated. If
you breach our event’s rules by engaging in any of these behaviours you will be
asked to remove yourself from the property and no refund will be given.

Whilst our large team of dungeon monitors will be amongst the crowd throughout the entirety of
the event and doing their best to keep an eye on everything, they cannot be in
every single place at every single moment. Support us in supporting you by
flagging any of these negative behaviours that either you experience yourself
or witness amongst the crowd to our dungeon monitors as soon as possible.

Klub Kunst Photography & Videography Policy

At Klub Kunst, your privacy, safety, and consent are our top priorities.

Official Photographers Only
We will have designated house photographers at the event. They will be clearly identifiable and are the only people permitted to carry and use cameras.

Consent Required
Our photographers will always seek your verbal consent before taking a photo. Crowd shots will focus on performers and stage activity. If you see an image of yourself on Klub Lunst or Oz Kink Fest platforms and would like it removed, email us at ozkinkfest@gmail.com and we will take it down immediately.

Personal Photography

Absolutely no personal cameras, photography, or video in play areas.

Selfies are permitted only if all people in the frame give their clear consent.

Photos of your own private play are permitted if all participants agree and it is done respectfully outside of designated play areas.

Right to Removal
If you raise your hand to your face when a photographer approaches, they will not take the photo, or if already taken, it will be deleted on the spot.

Respecting Your Night
We know you are here for connection, play, and freedom — not constant cameras. On average, 80% of images taken are of performers; the rest are of posed, consenting attendees. Cameras will not be overused.

SECURITY

The venue is insured and has licenced security guards that have a long and ongoing understanding
of the style of the event and the people that attend – they are your first
point of contact relating to any issues at the event with aggressive, drunken
or drug affected behaviour. Play related issues should be reported to our DM
team.

ABOUT THE VENUE,
AMENITIES + ACCESSIBILITY

Our venue is a private venue with limited wheelchair access however there is an lift that we can use
to get you to the second level with prior arrangement

Trams stop out the front and there plenty of on street parking in the area

CLOAKING is free and self-managed. 

There is no official changing room on site.

The bathrooms will be signed as non-gendered for this event.

There will be
loud music limited club lighting on the Main floor Level 1 however the playrooms
on the entry floor will have low background music complimenting play

Level 1 has a quiet room with no music and away from the play areas, it is very lush and
inviting and is not for play or sex  

Our events are inclusive of all genders and sexualities.

This event is strictly 18+.
